It’s a new feature on tumblr called ‘highlighting’, and theoretically you would have to pay for it, but the staff is so dumb that people already figured the html code out for it (because it’s so SIMPLE), so that’s why everybody’s making fun of it now.
This is so revoltingly ridiculous. They want us to pay for a useless thing like that?
